London, October 20 2021 – Bev White, CEO of the global technology recruitment and solutions organisation Harvey Nash Group, has been named in Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) list of 100 most influential leaders in the staffing industry in Europe.
Now in its eighth year, the Staffing 100 Europe list calls out those in the industry who have helped to take the industry forward including entrepreneurs, CEOs, technologists, operations specialists, innovators and many others .
Bev White began her career in technology following a degree in computer science. After roles as CIO and other IT leadership positions at Schlumberger and NTL (which became Virgin Media), White moved into recruitment and talent with various leadership roles before joining Gi Group as CEO in the UK and Ireland. In February 2020, she joined Harvey Nash Group as CEO.
“While the pandemic is ongoing, the staffing industry is holding strong. As with previous recessions and disruptive technologies, the industry has evolved and survived. And that speaks to the leaders who have navigated the twists and turns of this economy and made sense of the magnitude of changes happening in the world of work.” says Subadhra Sriram, editor and publisher, media products, SIA.
Bev White said of her inclusion on the list this year “The past 18 months or so have been such a rollercoaster for not just our industry, but for many sectors. I’m delighted and honoured to be featured among so many of my peers in this prestigious list. My inclusion on the Staffing 100 Europe list wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible team work of the Harvey Nash Group and all of its employees. It’s as much about the organisation as it is about anything else.”
