Have you been in a crowded room but suddenly you realise a single voice can be heard clearly above everything? You listen to the voice, and around you others are listening too.

On Monday this week we launched our Digital Leaders Report. This is the largest and most extensive global research of its kind, tracking and exploring key trends which will drive investment in people and technology. Now in its 23rd year it is one of the many times our voice gets heard above the crowded rooms of all the companies we compete with across the world.

We have been heard on Sky TV, in trusted and much followed publications like the UK’s The Times, and on Tuesday -  curated and hosted by our own Dave Savage, Harvey Nash Group’s Technology Evangelist -  over 400 digital leaders in more than 30 countries heard our voice at our global launch event.

The kitchen of our London office became a TV studio and as the clock ticked down to going live the panelists began to arrive: three outstanding women CIOs and entrepreneurs in the studio and three smart stand out male digital leaders in virtual rooms. As the event went live the crowded rooms in the markets we work in around the world heard the clear voice of the Harvey Nash Group, sharing valuable insights that will influence the thinking, the plans, the careers and the shape of organisations in the years ahead.

The ripples that began in this launch event are spreading out across the world as our talented colleagues share the insights with clients.

Sometimes there are moments in a company’s history that shape what comes next.

This week I could feel and see just such a time for our Harvey Nash Group that our voice whilst always clear has become even more valued and that is because of the work of all of our colleagues around the world. When we go out to markets to share our thinking we go together.
